Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-traceability manufacturing environment or related trade school certification.
• 1+ years using hand tools and precision measuring instruments (Calipers, multimeters, torque wrenches).
• 1+ years working with test tools and test methods validating the system.
• Experience reading, interpreting and applying engineering drawings or documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement departmental continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assemble mechanical and electrical satellite components and sub-assemblies in a cleanroom/ESD environment.
• Lead process work and review output for quality and adherence to standards.
• Lead daily team meetings, shift reports, and coordinate to minimize production interruptions.
• Support onboarding, training plans, and development of training programs within the department.
• Enforce safety standards and operational protocols while ensuring compliance.
