Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is hiring Sanitation Workers for a Bolingbrook, IL distribution center. This temp-to-hire role offers 2nd shift hours (2pm–10:30pm) with potential overtime. You will clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms, lunch areas, floors, and equipment, and support waste disposal efforts.

Requires 1 year custodial/maintenance experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and legal work authorization in the U.S. Bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior custodial, building maintenance, or general labor experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to lift/move up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to operate a floor scrubber
• Must be able to ascend/descend stairs/ladders/machine platforms

Responsibilities

• Wash and disinfect washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, soap dispensers, paper towel dispenser, toilet tissue dispensers, countertops, sinks, fixtures, and mirrors; replenish all toilet tissue, paper towels, and soap
• Wash and disinfect all lunchroom tables, chairs, and floors; dust furniture and fixtures; wash fingerprints from walls, doors, hardware, and glass; clean and polish all stainless steel and chrome
• Routinely empty waste baskets and garbage containers
• Maintain the cleanliness of the entrances and exits of the work areas by keeping them free of garbage, snow, and debris
• Sweep, mop, and buff all floors
• Clean machines, factory equipment and surrounding area
• Break down and recycle/dispose of pallets, boxes, and any other larger items
• Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies/procedures
• Work a full-time schedule; work overtime as business demands including extended hours and/or weekends
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition, clean and maintain equipment
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned
