Job summary

Fathom in Denver, CO is seeking a 2nd Shift Production/Finishing worker to deburr, grind and finish welded parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with a variety of hand tools and abrasives, ensuring quality parts and contributing to continuous improvement while maintaining safety and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to debur, grind and blend welds to match contours.
• Knowledge of different tools and abrasives.
• Ability to produce quality parts as efficiently as possible.
• Able to recognize failures in welding process.

Responsibilities

• Deburring of edges, breaking edges with die grinder or similar hand tool.
• Grinding welds with hand tools and/or stroke sander.
• Vibrating parts with orbital sander to prep for paint.
