Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring for a Trainer on the 2nd shift at the Tecumseh Plant in Nebraska. The role focuses on safety and forklift training, developing classroom orientation, and ensuring timely completion of new team member documentation.

The position also covers annual plant-wide training and on-the-job coaching for employees. The trainer will assess interpreter needs, assist in onboarding, and support the qualification process while handling large-group presentations and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Experience in training or production preferred.
• Strong classroom presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate interpreters for clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and forklift training and improve classroom orientation programs.
• Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Provide annual training for plant employees and on-the-job training for employees.
• Coordinate interpreter support for departments as needed.
• Assist in acclimating new Team Members in and around the facility and with the qualification process.
