Job summary

Tyson Foods in Waverly, NE is seeking General Labor team members for the 2nd shift to support poultry processing operations. You may be rotated across multiple production areas based on needs, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes packing, labeling, deboning support, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. The position is full-time, on-site, with shift differential for 2nd shift and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work 2nd shift (3:30 pm–12:00 am) and overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Tray packing and packaging of poultry products.
• Packaging duties: sealing, labeling, boxing.
• Handle and process inedible materials per food safety standards.
• Debone support using knives and cutting tools.
• Ensure proper product flow and rotation between departments as needed.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
