This position will provide coverage on a swing shift, 3p - 12a.

Anova Technical Services, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, with project locations across the US, is seeking a Safety Manager. Our clients span various markets including pharmaceutical, healthcare, agriculture research, chemical manufacturing, industrial, and higher education. We deliver expertise through technology platforms to implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and apply industry standards (ASTM, ASME, ANSI, etc.) in daily activities.
• Implement client-specific quality and safety standards.
• Conduct field safety audits and risk assessments.
• Manage safe work permits and review safety records and plans.
• Facilitate safety meetings and perform gap analyses.
• Ensure OSHA compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or 5+ years in field management or construction safety.
• OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certifications; additional safety certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the US.
• Experience in safety management, inspections, documentation, and building systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
