Qualifications

• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness.
• Ability to read a tape measure and ruler.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to work on rotating shift and in a production environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Basic math and quality inspection skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and GMP guidelines.
• Read job tickets for quantity, stock specs, colors, and printing instructions.
• Fill containers with solvents, water, fountain solution and ink as needed.
• Assist with mounting plates.
• Communicate issues to the operator.
• Assist with quality decisions and perform inspections.
• Record quality inspections and paperwork.
• Collaborate with peers to improve quality and performance.
• Palletize stacks of finished product.
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area.
• Understand shift schedules and reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
