Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor corrugated production machines and record data.
• Review work orders and production schedules to determine materials, locations of cutting lines, tolerances.
• Install machine components such as plates and die boards using hand tools.
• Adjust guide assemblies, forming bars, and folding mechanisms as specified.
• Start machines and adjust tension, speed, and glue/ink as needed.
• Inspect finished work with measuring devices and correct defects.
• Move stock or scrap between machines and perform cleaning and basic maintenance.
