Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation in Hobart, IN is seeking a 2nd Shift Roller Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will complete assembly and packaging per procedures, read drawings, use hand and power tools, and document progress.

This full-time 2nd shift role runs Monday to Friday, 1:30pm to 10:00pm. Must be able to read exact tape measurements and work safely with QA processes; prior machine assembly experience preferred; comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of machine assembly experience.
• Ability to read and understand complex assembly drawings and blueprints.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble per drawings and supervisor instructions.
• Self-inspect to ensure quality and compliance to specifications.
• Record assembly status on computer systems.
• Follow safety instructions and rules.
• Work overtime and assigned shifts as needed.
• Comply with Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
