Responsibilities include operating robotic systems, batch making, adjusting settings, palletizing, and ensuring quality while meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with batch making, robotics, or automated production equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with production workflows and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic systems using teaching pendants safely and efficiently.
• Work with automated systems, including Noltec equipment (training will be provided).
• May include batch making duties.
• Adjust machine settings, including product size and pallet configurations.
• Place pallets on conveyors and initiate robotic operations.
• Ensure accurate product weights and maintain neat, organized palletizing.
• Monitor production processes to meet daily schedules and performance goals.
• Troubleshoot basis equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Support team operations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts and goals.
