Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of field experience in Residential Services.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• NATE Certification or Comp Cards are preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Complete general in-home service and maintenance calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Coordinate with dispatch and managers for smooth job completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and jobsite.
