Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager for the 2nd shift to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based group home. You will provide direct care, assist with medications and ADLs, and mentor care staff to uphold individualized plans.

You will coordinate scheduling, foster a safe and respectful environment, support behavior management, document care activities, and engage with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote dignity

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a person-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support for residents, including medication administration and assistance with ADLs.
• Coach and support staff to ensure quality care and adherence to person-centered plans.
• Assist with scheduling and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Support behavior management and document care activities accurately.
