Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse/production experience required.
• 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple lines of packers/baggers and equipment to ensure line performance.
• Maintains product packing accuracy and quality control.
• Keeps accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pre-shift inspections and communication of daily needs to supervisors.
• Assigns workers, verifies orders, and tracks performance in WMS.
