1440 Foods Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Repack Associate for our 2nd shift in Jeffersonville, IN. You will transfer product into packaging, ensure quality standards, and maintain a clean, organized work area to support production efficiency.

Expected hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a starting pay of $19.80 per hour. Overtime may be scheduled as needed to meet production goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required, related food manufacturing experience a plus.
• Food safety certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Repackaging: transfer product from bulk to smaller packages and seal accurately.
• Quality Control: inspect for defects and contamination, report issues.
• Labeling and Documentation: ensure correct labeling and maintain inventory records.
• Sanitation: keep work areas clean and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock and flag shortages.
• Compliance: follow HACCP, GMPs and OSHA guidelines.
