Misfits Market is seeking a production associate for its refrigerated warehouse in Tracy, CA. You will locate, pick, and pack orders with precision in a fast-paced, safety-conscious team environment.

Responsibilities include using the WMS to locate items, ensuring orders match customer requirements, and conducting quality checks. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional weekends/overtime. Pay is $18.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed.
• Thrives in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with/without accommodation.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel and bend repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Select, pick and pack products with attention to quality.
• Use WMS to locate items in refrigerated storage.
• Ensure items match customer orders and protect from damage.
• Perform regular quality checks for damages and expiration.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Follow all PPE and safety guidelines in a food-based environment.
• Keep workspace clean, safe and organized.
• Develop knowledge of the production line, including box building.
