Job summary

Northeast Recovery in Ashby, MA is seeking a Recovery Specialist for the 3rd shift (11 PM–7:30 AM). The role focuses on providing a safe, structured residential living environment and adhering to agency standards within the Clinical Treatment team.

Responsibilities include supervising clients, leading non-clinical groups, transporting clients safely, and maintaining required documentation. CPR and HS diploma required; prior behavioral health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of 12-Step fellowship experience required; 2 years in the treatment industry preferred.
• CNA, Behavioral Health Tech, Mental Health Tech, Recovery Specialist or Residential Counselor experience preferred.
• CPR certification and a high school diploma are required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct client supervision
• Facilitating and co-facilitating client non-clinical groups
• Providing safe client transportation
• Maintaining appropriate documentation according to agency and licensing requirement
