Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Walpole, MA is seeking an entry-level Production Operator for 2nd shift to run reagent filling and packaging lines, including capping and labeling. You’ll set up and break down production lines, operate filling equipment, and help ensure quality in every batch.

This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with a 10% 2nd shift differential, hands-on training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with filling, capping, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Set up and breakdown production lines.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues and maintain quality.
