Job summary

Plumstead Materials is seeking a 2nd Shift Loader Operator to provide smooth operation of plant equipment during the second shift. The ideal candidate is motivated, experienced, and adheres to safety policies.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance checks, reporting issues, supporting production schedules, and assisting coworkers to resolve problems. Experience with loader equipment and outdoor industrial settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able and willing to work a second shift schedule.
• Willing to meet physical requirements and use PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily greasing and oil checks on crushers and screens.
• Inspects and maintains equipment and reports maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Keeps walkways clear of debris and ensures safety practices per MSHA and company policies.
• Follows start/stop procedures and adheres to production schedules.
• Assists other workers to solve production problems as needed.
• Completes required paperwork daily.
