Heidelberg Materials is seeking a safe, dependable, and motivated Quarry Pit Loader to join our operations team. This role is responsible for operating heavy equipment to efficiently move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials while supporting production goals and maintaining a safe work environment.

You will operate front-end loaders, perform pre-shift inspections, monitor material quality, follow safety procedures around mobile equipment, and collaborate with team members to maintain

What We’re Looking For

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
