Job summary

Tilcon New York Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Quarry Electrician for 2nd shift in New Hamburg, NY. You will maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant electrical systems across quarry, asphalt and recycle operations.

The role requires 2+ years of industrial electrical experience, ability to travel to New Jersey sites, and strict adherence to NEC/NFPA70E safety standards. You will read electrical drawings, install wiring, and work with motors, starters and VFDs to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• Must read and interpret NEC/NFPA70E safety standards.
• HS or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas and complete daily inspections.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical systems and controls.
• Run conduit and wires; change motors, starters and relays.
• Maintain service and repair records; respond to routine and emergency calls.
• Follow CRH and Tilcon safety values and wear required PPE.
