Job summary

Tilcon New York Inc. in New Hamburg, NY is seeking a Quarry Electrician for 2nd shift to maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant equipment across Quarry, Asphalt, and Recycle operations. Travel to New Jersey sites may be required to support multiple locations.

Candidates should have 2+ years of industrial electrical experience, knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E, and the ability to work safely with MCCs, motors and PLCs. Overtime and PPE are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Industrial Electrical Experience.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work area and complete daily inspections.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical distribution systems and controls.
• Run conduit and wires; read electrical drawings/blueprints.
• Respond to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
• Maintain safety and records; adhere to NEC/NFPA 70E standards.
