Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Verification & Rewind Operator in Westfield, MA. You will inspect, rewind, and prepare finished label products for shipment, ensuring they meet customer specifications and our quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read work orders, perform 100% visual inspections, document quality data, and work safely in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or printing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify print defects.
• Ability to read work orders and customer specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, rewind, and prepare finished label products for shipment.
• Identify print defects and verify product accuracy to meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and production records.
• Label, package, and prepare finished rolls for shipment according to customer specs.
• Communicate quality concerns to Production, Quality Assurance, and Supervisors.
• Follow safety, GMP, and quality procedures; maintain clean work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
