Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking a Finishing Operator for the 2nd shift to operate label inspector machines and perform quality checks on finished products. You will read job specs, select appropriate dies and rewind methods, and ensure products meet color, size, and packaging standards.

Responsibilities include manual handling, light maintenance, and accurate documentation for each job. A high school diploma or GED and basic measuring skills are required, with experience in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging settings preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Reads job specifications and selects dies, cores and rewind method.
• Inspects products for quality and ensures proper packaging.
• Monitors machine flow and detects irregular cuts or wraps.
• Maintains housekeeping and safety standards.
• Performs light preventative maintenance on machines.
• Packages finished goods for shipment and completes job paperwork.
