Job summary

Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineering Technician for the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) in Scranton, PA. This hands-on role supports production quality, partners with Fabric Operations and Process Engineering, and reinforces GDP and ISO 9001 practices on the factory floor.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, and prior manufacturing/quality experience is preferred. Training runs through 12pm-8pm until completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or quality experience preferred.
• Experience as a production lead, senior operator, or quality technician is desirable.
• Quality control experience preferred; laboratory experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary QA representative on the production floor during second shift.
• Support fabric inspection activities and disposition decisions per procedures.
• Collaborate with QE, Operations, and Process Engineering on daily quality decisions.
• Reinforce adherence to instructions, control plans, and SOPs.
• Monitor quality trends and assist with root cause analysis and investigations.
• Utilize quality tools to analyze performance and document deviations.
