The role requires following SOPs, operating production equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while meeting daily production targets. WSOT shifts include 2nd shift with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform assembly, packaging, and labeling tasks with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve operational issues.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records as required.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
