Job summary

Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, is seeking a Production Support for the 2nd shift in Bucks County, PA. You will operate routine production machinery according to prints, record production data, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with up to 2 years of related experience, the ability to follow directions, read specifications, and quickly learn production equipment.

Qualifications

• Able to follow directions and work in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Fundamental understanding of or ability to quickly learn production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.
• Carries out routine activities to produce the required quantity of parts within specifications and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools to ensure function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Maintains logs and records of units produced and reports errors leading to rejected pieces.
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area; follows safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
