Job summary

Langham Logistics in Easton, PA is seeking a Warehouse Quality Supervisor on 2nd shift to lead our frontline quality team and ensure 100% shipment accuracy while maintaining strict FDA and DHS standards.

You will optimize workflows with RF scanners and WMS, coach Quality Associates, manage daily labor, and partner with warehouse operations to improve productivity and compliance across all inbound and outbound materials.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience in quality control, inventory audit, or supervisory role in a high-volume warehouse or 3PL distribution center.
• Regulatory awareness of FDA/Hazmat or regulated supply chain environments is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office and hands-on experience with WMS systems and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and evaluate a team of Quality Associates/Representatives.
• Oversee daily quality control checks across all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Ensure operations comply with FDA, DHS, Hazmat rules and Langham SOPs.
• Maximize productivity and accuracy using RF scanners and WMS workflows; optimize layouts.
• Manage timecards, attendance, and KPI-tracking for quality metrics.
• Investigate root causes and resolve customer complaints and inventory discrepancies.
