Job summary

Langham Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the Life Science Division in Plainfield, IN. You will supervise a Quality team in the Raw Material Sample Suite, drive GMP/compliant sampling and testing, and coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve material quality issues.

You will support audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to DHS and FDA guidelines in a 2nd shift role (Mon-Fri, 4P–12:30A).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Quality experience in GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations (FDA, EU, ICH).
• Previous Supervisory or Managerial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Associates in the Raw Material Sample Suite.
• Ensure all sampling, inspection, and testing activities meet GMP, FDA, and client requirements.
• Manage quality system processes including deviations, CAPA, change control, investigations, and training.
• Review and approve quality records for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee quality checks for incoming raw materials and sampling processes to ensure integrity and traceability.
• Serve as primary quality contact for internal and external audits and client inquiries.
• Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory requirements including DHS and FDA guidelines.
