Premier Aerospace Group, LLC is seeking a Roving Inspector to perform shop in-process inspections and approve outgoing products by verifying essential requirements. You will read drawings, interpret control plans, and use calipers and micrometers to qualify machined parts.

The role includes performing cell and final audits, maintaining measurement records, and communicating with Quality and Production teams. U.S.

Qualifications

• Reads drawings and blueprints to effectively qualify machined products.
• Uses basic measuring equipment (Calipers, micrometers).
• Reads and interprets Control Plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspection and approve outgoing product.
• Conduct cell product audits and document inspection results.
• Perform Final Audits before shipping to customer.
• Perform outgoing product audits before shipping to outside operations.
• Maintain records of all measurements.
• Use SPC for control of critical features where required.
• Communicate effectively with Quality and Production Departments.
