Job summary

Pankl Aerospace Systems in Cerritos, CA is hiring a Quality Inspector for the 2nd shift (1pm-9pm). You will inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished components to ensure conformance with customer requirements.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read engineering drawings, and proficiency with inspection tools. A high school diploma and at least one year of inspection experience are expected. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of inspection experience.
• Proficient with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
• Able to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow and complete inspection documentation.
• Perform First Article Inspections as required.
• Accept or reject parts as necessary.
• Assist with creation of IPR's and OPR's.
• Maintain calibration system knowledge or support it as needed.
• Familiar with product/process lines and safety procedures.
• Know and follow PAS Management system procedures.
