Job summary

Havis Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for the 2nd shift (2:45pm-12:45am, Mon-Thurs) in Warminster, PA. You will inspect materials, components, and finished goods to ensure conformance to drawings and specifications, using calipers and gauges and recording data.

Responsibilities include supporting production, identifying corrective actions, and participating in ISO audits. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a technical certification a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to support production across multiple stages.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and address quality questions.
• Investigate quality issues, quarantine suspect materials.
• Interpret drawings and use measuring tools for conformance to specs.
• Record inspection data and mark items with status.
• Reject nonconforming items and support CAPAs and changes.
• Communicate results and corrective actions to teams.
• Maintain calibration and participate in ISO audits and training.
• Keep thorough records of corrective actions and tests.
