Havis-Inc is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for the 2nd shift (2:45pm-12:45am, Mon-Thurs) in Warminster, PA. You will perform inspections across production, document results, and support corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, experience with calipers and gauges, and proficiency in Excel. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to ISO specifications in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification is a plus.
• Must read and interpret work instructions, documents, and engineering drawings.
• Experience using inspection equipment in manufacturing environment desired.
• Must be detail oriented with strong org and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Must communicate professionally via email and phone.
• Corrected 20/20 vision.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to support factory production across materials, prototypes, and finished goods.
• Provide front-line input on acceptance criteria and quality issues.
• Investigate quality problems and quarantine/sort suspect materials.
• Analyze drawings, data, and manuals to determine inspection procedures and tools.
• Record inspection data and mark items with grade and status.
• Reject non-conforming items and assist in creating MRRs, CAPAs, and change requests.
• Discuss results with production and implement corrective actions.
