Job summary

Havis-Inc is seeking a Production Worker for the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am, Sun–Thu) in Warminster, PA. This full-time role supports the Fabrication department by sorting parts, staging WIP, and delivering work orders to the correct teams, while following the production schedule.

You will operate forklifts, inspect parts for defects, and help fabricate parts using belt sanders, deburring equipment, and shears. Attention to detail and ability to read work instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, technical certification is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with experience using basic hand tools.
• Ability to understand written and verbal English instructions.
• Team player with good communication.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Sort parts from work bins for sheet metal processing.
• Stage WIP for fabrication areas.
• Identify the next work order and deliver to appropriate personnel.
• Use the scheduler to select and expedite work orders.
• Ensure parts are requested from inventory and verified with correct part ID.
• Operate forklift to move materials.
• Fabricate parts using belt sander, deburring equipment, shear.
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a clean, safe area.
