Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and final products, including wire harnesses and components. The role supports MRB processes, communicates defects to suppliers, and ensures production timelines are met.

You will read drawings, use measurement tools, document CAPAs, and assist in continuous improvement while promoting safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Requires AS9100D/ISO9001 awareness and SPC familiarity.
• Familiar with IPC-610/IPC-620 certifications preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP tools.
• Experience in electronics quality inspection is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments for damages/defects per industry standards and supplier specs.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions to verify parts.
• Document and respond to Preventive/Corrective Actions for non-conforming parts.
