Job summary

Tri-Mack Plastics in Bristol, Rhode Island, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector (2nd Shift) to inspect incoming materials and finished parts, perform first piece inspections, and document results. You will use micrometers, calipers, height gauges and an optical comparator, reading blueprints and using our CMM system to verify parts against specs.

You will support audits, maintain organized records, and collaborate with Engineering and Production to address issues while adhering to AS9100

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related coursework preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing QC role is required.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers and optical comparators is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform first piece, in-process and final inspections against prints.
• Document measurements and verify conformance to specifications.
• Assist audits and maintain quality records and data.
