• Hands-on leader with 4–5+ years in FDA-regulated manufacturing
• Experience supervising QA personnel and driving CAPA
• Strong coaching, accountability and problem solving
• Knowledge of batch records, deviations and quality events
• Familiarity with FDA, cGMP, SOPs and quality systems
• Salary $75,000–$85,000 with up to 15% annual bonus eligibility

Aufgaben

• Supervise, coach, and develop Quality Assurance personnel on 2nd shift.
• Oversee QA for manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations.
• Review batch records and quality documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead investigations into deviations and non-conformances and drive CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QC and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP, SOPs and company standards.
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections and inspection readiness.
• Train staff on GMP requirements and quality systems.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement across the department.
