STARK, a leading provider of luxurious custom carpet and rugs, is seeking an experienced QC/Packer for our Calhoun, Georgia facility. The role focuses on inspecting finished products, verifying measurements and labeling, and ensuring correct packaging to prevent damage.

We offer a hiring/retention bonus up to $1,000 within the first year. Candidates should be comfortable in a warehouse setting and support production teams to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting finished products against specifications.
• Ability to verify measurements, labeling, and workmanship.
• Familiar with documenting defects and reporting to QC lead.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished fabricated products to ensure they meet quality standards and work order requirements.
• Verify measurements, appearance, labeling, and overall workmanship before packing.
• Identify, document, and report defects or nonconforming materials to the supervisor or QC lead.
• Follow quality control procedures and company standards consistently.
• Properly package finished goods to prevent damage during handling, storage, or shipment.
• Ensure correct items, quantities, and documentation are included with each order.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or contamination.
