Job summary

Stark Carpet is seeking an experienced QC/Packer for our Calhoun, Georgia location. This role will inspect finished products, verify measurements and labeling, and package goods to prevent damage. You will report defects, follow quality procedures, and support production teams to meet deadlines.

Work is in a warehouse setting with occasional outdoor exposure. A hiring/retention bonus of up to $1,000 is offered within the first year, with bonus details provided during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Experience in QC and packing in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to verify measurements, appearance, labeling and workmanship before packing.
• Follows safety policies and quality control procedures.
• Comfort with documenting defects and reporting to QC lead.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet standards and work orders.
• Verify items, quantities, and documentation with each order.
• Package goods to prevent damage during handling and shipping.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with rework or corrections as needed.
• Support fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines.
