Techmer PM is hiring a QC Lab Technician for the Batavia, IL facility on a full-time 2nd shift. The role focuses on QC testing, color adjustments, and ensuring products meet customer and Techmer PM requirements per Product and Process specifications.

Responsibilities include operating lab and process equipment, analyzing data, and completing COAs. Benefits, competitive pay, and a Monday–Friday schedule are offered.

Formación

• Experience operating a color spectrophotometer and performing color adjustments.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math skills for analytical reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure products meet quality requirements through QC testing and documentation.
• Operate process equipment (injection molding, film machines, pellet melters, roll mills, fiber lines) as applicable.
• Use analytical test equipment (Melt Indexers, Moisture/Volatility analyzers) and adjust color online or offline.
• Complete COAs with required data and investigate nonconforming materials/products.
• Maintain QC files with standards, data entry, and corrective actions.
