Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector for a 2nd shift in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure conformance with drawings, customer specs, and quality standards.

The role requires reading blueprints, GD&T, and using precision measuring tools. This Temp-to-Hire position offers growth within a precision manufacturing environment and collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments to measure.
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and prepare AS9102 reports.
• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for defects.
• Conduct material testing such as hardness and tensile testing.
• Document inspection results and any nonconformances.
• Support calibration, SPC data collection, and quality records.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain ISO 9001, AS9100 compliance and quality procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement and internal audits.
