Job summary

LiDestri Food and Drink is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2:00-10:30pm) in Fresno, CA. The role ensures product quality, supervises QA technicians, and upholds SQF standards across lines while supporting the QA Manager.

A strong background in food manufacturing quality and supervisory experience is required. Responsibilities include performing microbiological tests, batch verifications, and coordinated adjustments to batches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years quality experience in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing; 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and data recording capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with QC testing and lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet customer and product requirements.
• Maintain SQF standards in work areas and equipment.
• Calibrate and verify equipment throughout shift.
• Perform microbiological testing and batch checks (Brix, Salt, PH, Acid, alcohol).
• Oversee QA technicians and escalate quality concerns as needed.
• Assist in continuous improvement and maintain records in Oracle.
