Job summary

NLX Beverage Solutions, now Finlays Solutions, is seeking a QA Supervisor for 2nd shift in New Lenox, IL. You will lead laboratory operations, ensure food safety and quality compliance, and deliver reliable quality data to support production decisions.

The role reports to the site Quality Manager and focuses on supporting 1FO program, production reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across QA and Production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; an associated degree is preferred.
• Experience with laboratory auditing and compliance programs is desired.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and SQF/FS 22000 or BRC standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure lab has equipment, supplies and resources for daily testing.
• Maintain accurate, reliable lab testing and data reporting.
• Train and develop laboratory team to maintain high performance standards.
• Support and improve Food Safety & Quality Management Systems (FSQMS).
• Prepare and communicate quality reports and testing results to Operations.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects in Quality and Production.
