Job summary

R&R Tool, Inc. in Blanchester, Ohio, is seeking an Entry-Level Quality Assurance Inspector for the 2nd shift.

You will perform first-piece, in-process, final, and receiving inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools, reading drawings and specifications to ensure parts meet requirements. We offer on-the-job training, a shift differential of $1.75 for the 2nd shift, and the chance to grow within a structured Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Ability to read instructions and engineering drawings.
• Basic computer skills and good communication.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and receiving inspections.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and specs.
• Verify dimensions and product characteristics against requirements.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Identify and document nonconforming material and assist containment.
• Communicate quality concerns to Quality and Production staff.
• Maintain calibration and cleanliness of inspection area.
• Support continuous improvement and follow quality procedures.
