Job summary

Acero Precision, Inc. is hiring a Quality Assurance Final Inspector for the second shift in West Chester, PA. You will be the final check before products reach customers, ensuring every part meets exact specifications.

The role requires 1–2+ years QA experience, blueprint reading skills, and a strong eye for detail. Overtime is available, with a comprehensive benefits package and a climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and inspection requirements.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements.
• Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface defects, often under magnification.
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment.
• Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
