Job summary

Gratz Pilates, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician on second shift to support inspections of finished products and incoming materials. You will document results, use calipers and gauges, and ensure products meet quality standards before release.

The role reports to the QA Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams to prevent defects in production. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of quality inspection experience and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 1–2+ years of quality inspection/manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with production workflows from raw materials to finished goods.
• Strong data recording and documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of finished products and subassemblies to verify quality.
• Follow inspection procedures, checklists, and acceptance criteria.
• Support final quality verification prior to shipment.
• Inspect incoming materials, components, and subassemblies for dimensions and quality.
• Use calipers, gauges, and testing equipment for measurements.
• Document inspection results and non-conformances in QA systems.
