Watteredge LLC is hiring a dependable Production Worker for its 2nd Shift Pressweld team in Avon Lake, OH. The role involves setting up and operating Pressweld equipment to manufacture copper products, with a 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and a 10% shift differential.

The ideal candidate will read and follow work instructions, perform basic measurements, and maintain quality and safety standards while supporting team goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Pressweld equipment and production machinery.
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, blueprints, and specifications.
• Load, position, and remove copper materials and components.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Use basic measuring tools to verify product specifications.
• Monitor equipment and report mechanical, material, or quality concerns.
• Complete required production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals.

What You'll Do
