Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, charts, graphs, blueprints, and poka-yoke devices.

Responsibilities

• Load components into production machinery and automated equipment.
• Operate equipment including washing, welding, boring, mounting, pressing, drilling, installation, and detection processes.
• Control machine operations via control panels and automated systems.
• Report malfunctions using the Andon system and communicate quality concerns.
• Monitor performance to ensure specifications and production targets.
• Conduct visual inspections for defects and quality assurance.
