Southwestern Wire, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is hiring 2nd Shift Production Workers for galvanizing, wire drawing, and chain link weaving departments. The role requires learning at a steady pace and reliability in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow directions, and work in a team environment.
• Reliability and consistency in meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators.
• Work independently and with a group to meet production goals.
• Inspect products for conformance to quality standards.
• Monitor equipment and notify operators of any malfunctions.
• Assist maintenance by supplying materials and cleaning work areas.
• Cut and weld metal, fabricate parts, or assemble new equipment.
• Clean and lubricate equipment and keep the area tidy.
• Support other housekeeping tasks as needed.
