Job summary

Bonney Staffing in Biddeford, ME, is urgently hiring a Production Laborer for the 2nd shift. The role runs Monday–Friday, 3:20 PM–12:00 AM, with overtime required and a $23.00 per hour pay rate.

You will operate machinery to process corrugated cardboard, apply color logos, and cut using metal dies while following detailed instructions to meet deadlines. A safe, collaborative team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to process corrugated cardboard according to specifications.
• Add color logos and accurately cut sections using metal dies.
• Follow detailed instructions to meet production standards and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support the team to optimize workflow and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Learn new processes, equipment, and skills as you grow within the company.
