Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• Ability to read and understand instructions for electro‑mechanical products.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assembly tasks and assist in minor set‑ups of fixtures and equipment.
• Use measuring devices and complete documentation to maintain quality.
• Move materials between production stages to keep operations flowing.
• Follow all safety, ergonomic, and security policies.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
